• Using self-service devices.
• Using King Fahd Medical City's official website.
Transfer to another Specialization:
If the doctor decided to transfer the patient to a different specialization for the purpose of completing the treatment or the medical commission, a text message will be sent to you whether he is accepted or not.
• You will receive a text message of the confirmation of the appointment booking.
• You will receive a reminder message before 48 hours of the appointment
• Make sure that your contact numbers is updated regularly so you can take advantage of all services provided.
