To be under Home Health Care you need:
• To be a current a patient of King Fahad Medical City.
• Hospital doctor agrees to home treatment.
• Home Health Care Multidisciplinary Team accepts the case based on specific criteria.
• Having someone at home with the patient (caregiver) and have a telephone available.
• Patient and caregiver must sign an agreement to receive care at home.
