CEO of King Fahad Medical City, Dr. Mahmoud Al-Yamany emphasized that the idea of "Release Your Inspiration" Exhibition came within the efforts made to raise quality performance, strengthen the relationship between the employee and the facility, highlight the principle of staff motivation and encouragement and deepen the relationship between the staff in the workplace, which will reflect on the quality of the provided service in general, and will have indirect benefits to the patient.
Al Yamany expressed his delight with the eye-catching works of the participants in the exhibition from KFMC staff, who have had this exhibition as a unique opportunity to show their creativity and talents, as well as their medical and service potentials in the health sector.
Al-Yamany statements came during the closing event of "Release Your Inspiration" exhibition, organized by the Public Relations and Corporate Communications Administration represented by the Internal Communication Department. The event witnessed handing the awards to the winners of the competition after the evaluation of the jury for the exhibition, where Fatima Al Dosari from drawing category won the first place award, while Abdulrahman Makrad from the photography category won the second place award, and the third place award was given to Bandar Al Alait from Graphics category. The event also witnessed honoring sponsors and agencies participating in the exhibition.
Meanwhile, Director of the Public Relations and Corporate Communications Administration, Mr. Bassam Al-Braikan indicated that the exhibition focuses on highlighting KFMC staff talents by showing their skills in a number of artistic fields, such as painting, photography and graphics, and promotes the development of work quality performance.
"We have sought to host a specialized team of artists with experience in the field of fine arts to act as the jury for the competitions to assess the works and select the winners, as a step forward to increase credibility with employees and raise the artistic value of the competition." Al-Braikan Said.
The Chairperson of Internal Communication Department and head of the organizing committee of the exhibition Ms. Hala AlAbidy thanked the sponsors and the parties participating in its success, as well as KFMC's staff from all administrations and departments.
AlAbidy said: "We organized this competition for employees in three categories: photography, painting, and graphics; the competition witnessed a great turnout and interaction, and the participating talents were very special and deserved to be honored. Through this exhibition, we aimed to promote the core values of the KFMC staff, as well as to encourage the talents through the conversion of their careers, which have a humanitarian nature, to creative works that have the same nature."
