    A service to remind the patient of upcoming appointments by sending text messages to the patient’s mobile, in addition to the automatic call service reminding appointments, and notifications sent on the application.
  • Service Requirements
    • Having a confirmed reservation for your next appointment

Service implementation steps

  • The patient will receive a reminder for the appointment as SMS and Push Notification.
  • Go to “MRN Login” on KFMC website, or the medical services option on iKFMC application.
  • Enter your Medical Record Number.
  • Enter the activation code you received on your phone.
  • Select “Notifications”.
  • Select the notification you need to view.
