King Fahad Medical City (KFMC) has organized Nursing's Ninth Conference "a path to excellence" in the presence of a number of specialists in this field at KFMC's main auditorium.

The conference called for finding models that support nursing competencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, participation of local and international experts in dealing with nursing competencies in the Kingdom, considering the factors that hinder the development of nursing competencies, analyzing internal and external factors affecting the maintenance of nursing competencies in various health sectors, identifying the available current opportunities for the development of patient education and training programs, providing expert opinions on facing the challenges encountered by nursing education programs, evaluating and analyzing the various teaching methods used in nursing training programs and utilizing of scientific research for the development of nursing competencies.

The conference seeks to provide opportunities for the exchange of scientific cultures and practical practices that lead to qualitative and organized results to promote finding models that support nursing competencies in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, upgrading the level of nursing care and pursuing the roadmap to excellence
