Application Process for Residents (Permanent):
• The Applicant must has a Bachelor degree graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
• The application for Residency training program will start on the 1st of January, 2017 till the End of February 2017).

The Requirements are:
   o Personal information.
   o Contact information.
   o Academic Credentials.
   o Training Path (Local or Scholarship).
   o The GPA must be 3.0 out of 5 or 75% and above for Local Programs and 3.5 and above for Pre scholar Programs.
• Trainees must upload the required documents.
The Required documents are:
   o Curriculum vitae (CV).
   o Three (3) Recent Recommendation Letters at least.
   o Copy of MBBS Certificate.
   o Copy of Transcript of records.
   o Copy of Internship certificate.
   o Copy of SLE result (not required if they are applying for Scholarship).
   o Copy of Saudi Council acceptance (for SCFHS Programs only).
   o Copy of BLS, ATLS or ACLS Certificates.
   o Any other training certificates.
   o Copy of National ID / Iqama (for non-Saudi).
   o Copy of Passport (for Saudi Pre-Scholar applicants only).
• After completing all the requirements and information the applicant will save and submit their application. Then, he/she will receive an e-mail conforming that the application was successfully created.
• After nominating the resident, PGD will arrange an interview through the e-mail.
• If the resident passes the interview, PGD will send to him/ her a declaration letter through e-mail to which he/she has to sign and send it back to PGD within Three (3) working days only.
• If the resident accepts the offer, all documents will be transferred to HR to complete the process.
• For sponsor resident, he/she should provide a Sponsorship letter from their sponsoring institute.


Application Process for Fellows (Permanent):
• He/ She Must be a Bachelor Degree graduate in Medicine and Surgery from a recognized university.
• The application for Fellowship training programs started on the 1st of August, 2016 and end on 29th of September).

   o Personal information.
   o Contact information.
   o Academic Credentials.
   o Training Path (Local or Scholarship).
   o The GPA must be 3.0 out of 5 or 75% and above for Local Programs and 3.5 and above for Pre scholar Programs.
