Application Process for Clinical Attachment:
• Applicants must fill up the form of the clinical attachment.
The Requirements are:
   o Curriculum Vitae (CV).
   o Three (3) Recent Recommendation Letters at least.
   o A Copy of MBBS Certificate.
   o A Copy of Transcript of Records.
   o A Copy of Internship Certificate.
   o A Copy of the Board Certificate.
   o A Copy of Training Courses.
   o A Copy of National ID for Saudis / Iqama for non-Saudis.
   o Application Letter.
   o Payment of 1000 SR for non-Saudi.
• The application will be reviewed by the PGD Specialist before sending it to the Program Directors of each department for approval.
• Once approved, we will send an official ACCEPTANCE LETTER which will include list of requirements to the applicant. If DECLINED, we will send a declined notification.
The Requirements are:
   o Checklist for Healthcare Requirements.
   o Rotating Declaration Form.
   o 6x4 photo with a white background.
   o Copy of National ID/Iqama for Non-Saudi.
• All Trainees (Observers) should submit the original copies to the Postgraduate department before the training period.
• Once the trainees completed the requirements their names will be send to the security department. They should present their National ID/Iqama for non-Saudi with a one Personal (1) photo to get their temporary KFMC ID badge.
Note: All KFMC Staff / Rotators must attend the General Staff Orientation Course (GSO), which is MANDATORY.

• Trainees should send a copy of the GSO Certificate to the Postgraduate department. GSO certificate will be attached to the trainees file.
