The Administrative and Technical Training Administration seeks to correct prevailing concepts on training as a positive investment that will generate return and a clear output in the form of higher productivity and better behavior of employees; and therefore, is not a wasted expenditure and effort as long as it is well directed to serve the goals of KFMC and to help in solving its problems.
