Media Department
 
objectives:
  • Conduct media studies related to KFMC. The findings shall be deployed when running different media programs and activities in the future.
  • In coordination with the concerned administration, advertisement materials about KFMC activities shall be prepared by Public Relations which will then supply the media with such information.
  • Public Relations shall be up to date with what is mentioned in the daily newspapers and other mass media. It is also expected to compile a weekly file of KFMC-related articles from the daily newspapers.
  • Prepare journalistic responses to any printed or visual media suggestions or complaints about KFMC activities. This step shall be made in coordination with the concerned administration.
  • Arrange interviews with the media and KFMC officials.
  • sue bilingual brochures about the activities run by KFMC. Such publication must be carried out in coordination with the administration of Planning and Development and other related administration.
  • Prepare brochures and leaflets associated with the official occasions.
  • Launch a media campaign aiming to serve the community and acquaint people with KFMC activities.
  • Design an e-newsletter through which the main headlines of KFMC news will be published on a daily basis and made available to public through the internet. It shall cover KFMC news from other newspapers and magazines; KFMC administrative news; and news about other institutions which participate in running KFMC activities.
  • Specify the workforce and equipment's required by the department; and assuring the availability of thereof.
  • Organize and save the administration data and information; carrying out such an operation must result in a fast and uncomplicated usage thereof. Technical facilities, moreover, shall be employed herein.
  • Prepare periodical reports containing the department's achievements and suggestions to improve the department's performance. Such reports shall be submitted to the administration of Public and Relations and Media Affairs.
