To procure organize and monitor and supply storage process, and to maintain KFMC fixed and transferred assets.
Objectives
To administratively and technically supervise the planning and follow-up sections of provision and supply departments, warehouse, and KFMC property, and to coordinate between these sections in order to ensure the best performance.
To develop plans, programs, policies as well as Provision and Supply Administration policies at KFMC.
To supervise the procurement of categorized stored materials such as: drugs, medical and non-medical requirements and office supplies.
To supervise the provision of drugs, materials, tools, machines and equipments, and to maintain them in a good condition and to provide the administration units requirements of supply according to regulations.
To coordinate between KFMC administrative units in order to implement work flow, provision and supply plan.
To develop, organize and follow-up a strategic provision and reorder points in KFMC warehouse.
To supervise periodically inventory process of stored materials in the provision and supply department, warehouse, and to follow-up and ensure that its in a good condition.
To participate in the setting of the technical specifications and standard criteria of medical and non-medical stored materials.
