Provision Planning and Follow up
  • To develop supply plans according to KFMC current and future needs.
  • To review provision item purchase requests from administrative units by coordination with Purchasing and Contracts Department.
  • To follow up the availability of supplies and the commitment of contractors to satisfy contracts and ensure receiving requested materials on time according to requested specifications.
  • To participate in the development of purchase specifications for different kinds of KFMC needs.
  • To participate in the meetings, seminars, conferences related to department activities.
  • To organize and save data and information related to department activities in order to retrieve them quickly when needed, and to utilize technical capabilities.
