Definition
HR is responsible for cascading the new Internal Policies and Procedures (IPPs) to all employees and for its direct and indirect implementation throughout the institution.
HR ensures to provide KFMC with highly qualified manpower in line with the strategic plans to meet short and long term goals set forth by the legislative body of KFMC.
HR monitors the operations of the institution as governed by the Saudi Labor law and the standards set by KFMC.
Objectives
- To monitor the strict implementation of the IPPs and evaluate its effectiveness in the operations of KFMC
- To source out administrative and medical personnel both locally and internationally to efficiently meet the manpower demands of various departments of KFMC
- To manage responsibly administrative matters of KFMC relating to employees' compensation, benefits and working conditions according to Saudi Labor law and KFMC standard terms of employment
