Staff Relation
Manages an employee profile/record to expedite all employee transactions and to provide vital information to management as it necessitates.
Facilitates contract signing and deployment of successful candidates to their department in accordance to IPP of KFMC.
Monitors employment status and transfers: end of probationary periods, promotions, lateral transfers, end of contract, resignation, or termination.
Helps in travel arrangements of International-hired employees for annual leave, resignation, end of contract and termination.
Arranges terminal benefits according to their length of service and nature of the end of employment.
Establishes a data base to be able to access employee's information.
