The department aims at preparing qualitative and quantitative HR plan, and keeping informed with the evaluation and the development of the labor performance, in order to prepare, implement and pursue the plans and programs that are required to estimate KFMC's labor needs according to the different influential changing in the local and international job market, and to seek the best ways to attract the qualified professionals to ensure HR needs for KFMC.
