The responsibility of this department is to follow up the policies, regulations and procedures in order to improve the performance level at KFMC.
Objectives
- Follow up the application of the policies and procedures of KFMC.
- Create and develop the concept of autonomous control for KFMC personnel.
- Examine complaints and different issues and make recommendations accordingly.
- Coordinate with governmental control bodies.
