     Heart Attack Risk Assessment Tool 
The Heart Attack Risk Calculator measures your chance of having a heart attack in the next 10 years. Enter your systolic blood pressure. (If your reading is 120 over 80, your systolic blood pressure is 120.) Then enter your age, gender and whether you smoke or take blood pressure medications. These values are important risk factors for heart attack.
This tool is intended for adults (ages 20 to 79). It is not designed for people with known coronary heart disease, intermittent claudication or diabetes. This tool is for your information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
